Provisio Front-Desk Call Alerts: SMS Consent

These text alerts go only to Provisio EHS staff. Right now, that means Shane Stewart (Safety Program Manager) and Alex Watts (IH Program Manager). The alerts tell staff about call transfers (caller name, company, callback number, and reason for the call), missed calls, and new voicemails. All messages come from +1 385-521-1547. They are not marketing, and they are never sent to customers or the public.

How staff opt in

1. Written consent by email

Provisio management sends this email from shane.stewart@provisioehs.com:

Subject: Consent request for Provisio EHS front-desk call alerts by text

Hi [Employee Name], you have been added as a recipient of Provisio EHS front-desk call alerts. With your consent, Provisio EHS will send automated text messages from +1 385-521-1547 to your mobile phone to notify you of incoming call transfers (caller name, company, callback number, and reason for the call), missed calls, and new voicemails. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment. Privacy policy: https://www.provisioehs.com/privacy Terms: https://www.provisioehs.com/terms To consent, reply to this email with 'I agree'. After agreeing, text START to +1 385-521-1547 from the mobile phone that will receive the alerts.

2. Confirm by text

After replying "I agree", the employee texts START to +1 385-521-1547 from the phone that will get the alerts. They receive this reply:

"You're signed up for Provisio front-desk call alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

The two steps above are the only way to opt in. There is no website form, paper form, verbal opt-in, or QR code.
